We work with all ages & abilities, & backgrounds because we believe diversity is our strength. 

​Our one-of-a-kind program combines rooted physical-spiritual movement based in martial arts from Africa and the African Diaspora, with centered mindfulness practices. These practices enable our young warriors to navigate difficult and complex emotions, complemented by social and emotional learning (SEL) lessons rooted in everyday life and enriched by the mythology, proverbs, folktales, and epic poetry of Africa.  Our young leaders navigate life with kindness, compassion, and strength of character.
